Travel Day 1A

Sunday night was pretty uneventful. Arrived at YOW a little early to find out the deets of staying overnight in YYZ before moving on the next day...paid a friggin' baggage charge in Ottawa 'cuz the attendant said it would speed things up as we looked to depart to the US the next morning...we'll see about that, I guess.

Got to the Hotel Indigo, checked in, went to the bar (of course we did) for a little night cap...meet the band "The Kopecki Family Band" who liken their sound to a PG 'Fleetwood Mac'...if you're in MTL on Monday or YYZ on Tuesday (playing at The Drake), check 'em out.

Wake up call set for 5:15 friggin AM!

If you're reading this, you've probably been directed here by my Facebook account.

My decision for leaving FB is pretty simple, really--I'd want that 90 minutes a day in my life back. While many of you may say "you should not go on it so much" & "you wont be able keep in touch with your friends", etc.

While one could limit oneself to the time they spend on FB, I liken it to a train wreck--you don't want to stare, you want to move on, but there's so much going on, you just can't look away...and it's for that love/hate relationship that sees me bidding adieu to Facebook today.

We will still be able to share ideas, talk, rant, laugh, smile, cry and more, but now in a less regimented format that provides a little more privacy (if you want it). 

My posts here will be more in depth, most open for discussion, a few, not, but in the end, I hope I'll keep you entertained & enlightened...

And what about:
